Can I customise a design?
Absolutely. We specialise in made-to-measure and custom-designed outfits. You can tweak existing designs or work with Hassan to create something entirely bespoke. Reach out to book a design consultation.
Do you offer video consultations?
Yes — if you’re unable to visit the store in person, we offer one-on-one video consultations where Hassan will personally walk you through the collection, fabrics, and design options in detail.
Can I see a close-up of the outfit before ordering?
Due to design protection policies, we do not send close-up images. However, our video consultations allow you to see the detailing live, with the opportunity to ask any specific questions about fit, fabric, and finish.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Ready-to-wear: 2-4 weeks. Custom orders: Usually takes 8–10 weeks depending on the design
What’s the difference between ready-to-wear and made-to-measure?
Ready-to-wear is pre-designed and available in standard sizes. Made-to-measure means your outfit is crafted to your exact measurements, with the option to customise colours, embroidery, silhouette, and more.
